-The last winter I went with my friends to ``SIERRA NEVADA´´ to ski. It wasn´t an ordinary school trip, it was a expecial experience.

-The adventure started when we caught the bus in the high school on Monday night at 3:00 AM, and we arrived at 8:00 AM. The first day we learnt how to use the skis and began to practice

-The rest of the days we began to use the chairlift and improve our skills.

-The best day was the last day, that was Friday. That day I had , the chance of skiing with Maria Jose Riendas one of the best skiers of the Spanish history (she participated in many olympie games)

-It was an amazing experience because we enjoyed being in the mountains, and the different activities

-I will come back soon because I love it

-What should I do to keep fit?- Mainly should I do physical exercise, for example: go for a run to the street or go to gym the treadmills. In the gym you can get plenty of exercise with the machines
