THE IMPORTANCE OF KEEPING FIT

-Keeping fit is very important for coring about your health

-What should I do to keep fit?- Mainly should I do physical exercise, for example: go for a run to the street or go to gym the treadmills. In the gym you can get plenty of exercise with the machines

-The second it is to eat a good diet, this does not mean eat only healthy, but eat well.


-If we do not exercise a minimug of good nutrition we can have problems with obesity and cholesterol
